Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you have received a damaged or an incorrect shipment please contact us within 10 days of receipt so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
Refusal of Shipment
If you decline the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of the package to Toon Train.
Tracking your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be allocated to that delivery. You will be notified of this number via email. You can then track your order online by logging into your account, clicking on Order History, selecting your order number and tracking number. The online tracking system will display the most current information on the status of your package and when it is forecasted to arrive at its final destination. Alternatively, you can go to www.anpost.ie and track your order from there.
