What can I do if I decide to change or cancel my order? |

Orders can be cancelled or changed anytime before the item(s) are shipped. If you are a registered Toon Train user, then you will be able to modify or cancel your order once you have logged in through “My Account”. If you are not a registered Toon Train user then you will need to contact Customer Service.
Changing an order will allow you to add or remove items, update your billing and/or shipping address. Cancelling an order will permanently remove the order. Please note that orders can only be updated or cancelled if they have not been shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed. If your order has been shipped and you wish to return an item, please contact Customer Service.

We accept all major credit cards through our payment partner Paypal. These include - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PayPal is an efficient way to send a payment for purchases from a website like this. Online payments are far less time-consuming than writing and posting paper cheques. And unlike cheques, which can take days to clear, most PayPal transactions clear instantly. It's always free to send money, you receive your items faster, and it's secure and private.
Due to their popularity, you may receive spoof emails pretending they are from PayPal customer service, trying to steal your PayPal account information. If you receive such an e-mail, do not respond and do not click on the link provided.

How do I shop? |

Just like any other shop, Toon Train provides you with a shopping basket. Once you’ve decided on an item you would like, simply click the button “Add to Shopping Cart”. From there, you can either start the ordering process or simply continue to shop. The item will remain in your cart until checkout and even then you can always remove an item if you change your mind.
